Orari River Adventure day (Students 10 years and above) Cost: $50
Take part in an action-packed day and have some fun in the water! With an abseil into a canyon/river, river gorge walk, waterfall jump/kayak and a river safe program this is a real highlight for students.

Friday 25 January 2019
Going Bush (Students 8 years and above) Cost: $30
We will spend the day in the bush exploring and doing a range of activities which will include bivvy building, learning about and looking after the environment, stretcher building, search and rescue and fire lighting. Bring something to cook on the fire for lunch, e.g. pre-cooked sausages and bread, pancakes, corn fritters, damper or you decide. We will supply some pots and pans if you bring your own eating utensils.
Minimum numbers: 7 students
Transport will be made available daily from Geraldine meeting at Kennedy park gate by Geraldine High school. The bus will leave at 8.30am and arrive back at 4pm daily. It will be an additional charge of $5 per day for transportation per student.
Saturday 26th January 2019
Parent/child Fun Yak kayak adventure (Students 8 years and above) Cost: $70
Great way to bond and have a shared experience withyour child. For younger students (below 11 years) we can put together a seriesof small 4 person rafts that are dynamic and good bouncy fun. Older studentscan learn to master a two-person inflatable kayak either with their parent oranother student. You will learn some raft/kayak skills in the slow-movingwaters of the Rangitata, including paddle strokes and how to get on and offyour raft/kayak. You will then have a go at paddling down the grade 2 sectionof the Rangitata. This is not for the faint hearted and great for students whoare keen for a challenge.

Sunday 27th January 2019
Rakaia Raft Trip (Students 8 years and above) Cost: $80
Chance to raft the Rakaia gorge – viewing the unique rock formations along the way. This is a grade 2 section which is a great journey and would be suitable for families as well.
Meeting us at Peel forest outdoor centre – Transport included.
Time frames: 8am-4pm
Minimum numbers: 12 people
